At Melt Café, every order is carefully prepared and packaged before being handed over to our courier.
1. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.Please note that the processing time is separate from the delivery time. Your order may take up to 3 business days to be prepared before it is handed to the courier.
2. Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes 2–3 business days.Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, weekends, weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your shipping information and tracking details where applicable.You can use your tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel directly with the courier.
4. Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays can occasionally occur after an order has been handed to the courier.If your parcel is delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your order.Melt Café cannot guarantee successful delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel needs to be redirected or re-delivered.
6. Damaged Parcels
All orders are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, our products contain glass and may be damaged during transportation.If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the parcel, packaging and damaged product and contact us as soon as possible.Please keep the packaging until we have advised you otherwise.
